Okay so, January was set to be a really productive month of reading. Especially given that it felt about a thousand years long. But I got rather waylaid by some very exciting book post, which changed all my reading plans for the month.
I was really a bit apprehensive starting July, as I had such a good reading month in June I was worried I wouldn’t have as good a month this month! But while I read less than last month, I’ve read some of my favourite books of the year in July…
I read a LOT in April, and not just because of Kate’s fab Easter Readathon! I also tried to read a little outside of my comfort zone (read: I tried adult books. WHAT.) and the results were actually quite surprising! Including - spoilers - possibly my book of the year. It’s been a wild ride…
