All in Readathon

My Easter Readathon Reading Wrap-Up

Well, Easter Readathon is over for another year. As always, I’ve had a glorious weekend where I’ve spent essentially four days solidly reading. (I mean, what else is there to do in the current times?). I actually managed to read all five of the books on my TBR, so here’s a little review of each of the books I read!

Easter Readathon

When Kate over at Reading Through Infinity announced that Easter Readathon was back for another year, I did a little dance of excitement! I love reading solidly for the whole weekend, with reading sprints and chatting about books with everyone else joining in. I also have the world’s largest TBR to wade through, so any excuse to get through that is always welcome!

My Winter BookHiBearNation TBR

It’s time for another BookHibearNation! Hosted by Simon Savidge and TomReadsThings, I love BookHibearNations as they are just so cosy and lovely - even more so in the winter time!

I’m very much a mood reader, so don’t know how strictly I’ll stick to these, but here’s what I’ve assembled for a loose TBR for the week. And as per my bookish resolution for the year, these are all from my TBR stacks that I didn’t get to in 2020. Eeek.

A-Spec August!

I love a good readathon - especially one that means that I read more widely and discover new books. And that’s exactly what I wanted to do off the back of reading Loveless by Alice Oseman last month. There doesn’t seem to be much ace/aro/demi rep out there, so as soon as I saw A-Spec August was happening, I knew I had to take part!

It's Time For.. the #Finishathon !

Well, hello books I have not yet finished! I’m usually pretty good at reading one book at a time, but since everyone has been spending way more time at home, I’ve been reading way more and so have more unfinished books than usual! Cue taking part in this readathon…

The Reading Rush 2020!

I’ve heard of the Reading Rush before, but usually part-way through so I’ve not participated. This year, though, I remembered it existed in time to get properly prepped for the prompts! And so here are my plans for the Reading Rush 2020…

#MakeYourMythTaker Readathon!

I cannot resist a good readathon, and when I saw Ashleigh’s video (and my twitter feed) getting excited over #MakeYourMythTaker, I thought I needed to give it a go! I love fantasy as a genre anyway, as well as myths and retellings - my WIP is a myth/legend retelling! - so I’m excited to read the books I’ve chosen, as well as getting loads of recommendations from everyone else who’s participating throughout the month!
